Everbook (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user of the Everbook mobile app.

• Email Address – When you join our waitlist or create an account.
• Prompt Input – This may include your child’s name, age, or descriptive traits, which are used solely to generate personalized story content.

We do not collect or store analytics, advertising data, or location-based data. No third-party trackers (e.g. Google Analytics) are used.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create personalized storybooks based on your input
• Communicate with you about your account or app updates
• Display anonymized stories for promotional purposes only with your explicit permission

3. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Everbook is designed for use by parents and guardians aged 13 or older. While children may enjoy the content generated, they may not use the app independently. All inputs are submitted by adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

4. Data Storage and Security

Everbook uses Supabase to securely store data. We take reasonable steps to protect your information but cannot guarantee complete security.

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.
