Everbook is intended for individuals aged 13 and older. By using the app, you confirm that you are either 13+ or a parent/guardian using the app on behalf of a child.

2. Account & Use

You must create an account to generate and access personalized stories. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

3. Story Ownership

You own the stories you create with Everbook. We do not claim ownership. However, by using Everbook, you grant us a non-exclusive license to feature anonymized versions of your stories in marketing materials — only if you give us permission.

4. Usage Rights

You may print or share the stories for personal use. However, commercial resale or redistribution is not allowed without written permission from Everbook.

5. Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for subscriptions or one-time payments made through the App Store.

6. International Use

Everbook is available globally. However, you are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
